The content (file or text) can only be accessed once. After the first access, the link automatically expires and the encrypted content is permanently deleted. This ensures your sensitive content is viewed only by the intended recipient and prevents unauthorized sharing.
You can share both files and text content. File size limits depend on your plan: Free plan supports files up to 100 MB, Pro plan up to 1 GB, Max plan up to 5 GB, and Ultimate plan up to 10 GB. All content is encrypted before storage and decrypted only when accessed by the recipient.
All content is encrypted before being stored on our servers. When creating a link, a secure password is automatically generated. For text content, this password encrypts your data and is never stored on our servers - meaning not even OnceLink can decrypt your content. Only the recipient with both the link and password can decrypt it, and this happens only once when they access it. This zero-knowledge encryption ensures your sensitive data remains completely private throughout the entire sharing process.
Your content is stored encrypted in secure cloud storage across multiple global regions. You can choose your preferred region when creating a link to ensure optimal access speeds for your recipients. All content is encrypted before storage and automatically deleted after being accessed or when the link expires.
Yes. You can revoke an active link from your dashboard before it is opened. Revoking deletes the stored content immediately and makes the link inaccessible, while keeping the record visible in your account for tracking.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new plan's features. If downgrading, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing to save 17% with annual plans.
Links automatically expire based on your plan if they are not accessed before the expiration time. Free plan links expire after 3 days, Pro plan after 7 days, Max plan after 15 days, and Ultimate plan after 30 days. If a link is not accessed within this timeframe, it will expire and you'll need to create a new one. Once accessed, the link becomes invalid immediately with one-time access enabled.
